Our Dogs 30th May 2008

Geoffrey Curr awarded CCs for the first time at Scottish Kennel Club and had an entry of 39 dogs making 45 entries with 6 absentees.  BOB went to the BCC winner and now the breed record holder – Karen Edwards’ homebred Ch Roxilyn Just for Jo JW (Ch Scapafield Schwartz Jet x Avantgarde Madam Moonshine) who equalled the breed record when she was awarded her 22nd CC at Manchester in January this year. Just for Jo topped the breed in 2005 and in 2007 she won the group at Scottish Kennel Club in August and was Group 4 at UK Toy Dog.  The DCC was a second for Carol Carlyle’s homebred Induna Little Tommy Tucker (Ch Ingerdorm Pickpocket JW x Induna Anna). Tommy won his first RCC at Midland Counties last October under Ellis Hulme and his first CC under Jane Horwood at WELKS in April this year. The RBCC went to Andrew Stewart’s Rosara Rock Star at Ingerdorm (Ch Ingerdorm Pickpocket JW x Tayview Madonna at Rosara) and the RDCC went to Margaret Boulcott’s homebred Ingerdorm Scrumbtious JW (Ch Darkle Simian Slapstick x Ingerdorm Mystic Meg).  BP went to Jessica Gruninger’s homebred Darkle Mirrikyn (Ch Darkle Devil May Care x Darkle Minnikyn). Congratulations to all the winners.

At Birmingham National Suzanne Pirrie’s Mimosa of Riogaioch (Furstin Future Perfect at Tarcalion x Orlock Oltenia with Riogaioch) bred by Suzanne and Mhairi Brown won the final points for her JW. Well done, Suzanne.

Well done also to Pam Gould (Blewgould) who won Best AV Puppy and the Puppy Group at Devon County Show with Orlock Angel with Blewgould bred by Mhairi Brown (Orlock Darvell x Am Ch Black Forest Tajara Narnia at Orlock(Imp)) at his first show.
