I have more sad news this week. Janet Wiginton’s husband Jim collapsed and died while they were out walking in the woods with their dogs. Janet went for help but the ambulance crew were unable to revive him. A terrible shock for Janet. Janet and Jim moved to Brittany some years ago and she had been ‘Overseas Correspondent’ for Monkey Business on a regular basis until recently when the column became more of an occasional one. Our condolences go to Janet and the family.

Michael Boulcott is not so good at the moment following an accident at home; he fell down the stairs and was unconscious. After a night in hospital he is home now with some spectacular bruising and four broken ribs. Fortunately, his injuries although very painful are not as serious as they could have been. Get well soon, Michael.
