Affenpinscher Club Championship Show 10th October 2004 Judge - Linda McGill PD 1. Attila The Hun. Full sized puppy with good harsh black coat. Beautiful front handled with style. BPD. 2. Jacquinta Juan For Mum At Bishopmarston. Not as mature as first place winner, needs to settle on the move, will improve with a little more time I am sure. 3. Jacquinta Turn Back Time Pushed hard for 2nd place, very little to choose between these two, it will be interesting to follow their progress. SpJD 1. Balata Rite Bobby Dazzler. I really liked this boy, he had slightly erratic movement but showed typical affenpinscher charm dancing around, don’t quell this, muzzle just the right length with a good round sparkling eye. He will go on to achieve great things I am sure. 2. Jarube Ace Of Spades. Although not as mature as 1 he has a good ribcage, a typical head with round eyes and correct length of muzzle. JD 1. Balata Rite Bobby Dazzler. RCC & RBIS. 2. Ingerdorm Pickpocket. Definitely one to watch, lovely head with good turn up of chin making me feel I was truly looking into an affenpinscher face, he has everything but substance which will come with maturity. SpYD 1. Ingerdorm Pickpocket. 2. Tarcalion Billy The Kid. Good overall shape, he did not show himself off, lacking in confidence, he has a typical head and good front. TD 1. Jarube Ace Of Spades. 2. Carmichan Jaywalker GD 1. Jarube Ace Of Spades. 2. Ingerdorm Scooby At Chiaffie. Lovely temperament, happy little dog, bit short in the muzzle for me, good hindquarters and nice dark coat. PGD 1. Caralean Storm Devil. Very nice dog, typical head with a good underjaw, harsh, black coat not too overdone. One to watch. 2. Tarcalion Billy The Kid MLD 1. Moonstruck Malukie Of Torbriar. Reminded me of very early dogs, a sound dog that needs more furnishings to complete the picture. Moved well but is still very immature, will have a lot to offer the breed. 2. Jarube The Outlaw. A square dog with correct angulation, harsh coat, short neck and good front. LD 1. Tonsarne Tub Thumper. Very masculine boy, sound as a bell on the move. A good underjaw but a little too much muzzle for me making head appear a little plain. Gorgeous characteristic big black nose and round sparkling eyes. OD 1. Ch Carmichan Jazzy Jet JW. Perfect affenpinscher for me. Correct ribcage and conformation just as the standard calls for, nothing delicate about this boy. Very typical head with a sparkle in his eye just waiting to get up to mischief. Totally deserved his Best In Show title. CC & BIS. 2. Ch Caralean Pipes And Drums. Different type to 1 but a very nice dog in his own right, excellent shape with a good front, typical of the breed. VD 1. Tonsarne Brandubh With Riogaioch. Fit as a fiddle could give some of the youngsters a run for their money. Beautiful ribcage showed like a trooper deserved his spot. 2. Kilbarchan’s Titlemouse With Riogaioch. A real cheeky chap full of himself. Correct weight well deserving his second place. MPB 1. Orlock Clarimonde. Very promising little girl, very confident in one so young, showed beautifully and of correct breed type. BPIS. 2. Caralean Boogie Woogie. Not quite so together as 1 but certainly in the same league. PB 1. Bolmacs Black Sapphire. Little show stopper this one, beautiful typical head with good earset and everything in the right place, lovely baby. 2. Carmichan Jetting To Ingerdorm. Liked her head and her movement, very sound bitch, lot more to come very immature. SpJB 1. Balata After Audrey. Gorgeous head, moved true and with confidence, very promising youngster. 2. Darkle Duplicity. JB 1. Balata After Audrey. 2. Ingerdorm Pandora At Flatcap. I liked this bitch, she was very immature compared to 1 but I felt she will have a lot to offer the breed later. A good example of the Affenpinscher. SpYB 1. Tonsarne Mother Shipton. Beautifully balanced bitch with correct conformation, good ribcage, typical head and nice round sparkling eyes. A shame she stood alone. TB 1. Caralean Bolette By Darkle. Her coat is not her best redeeming charm but she has a very typical head and sound movement. I particularly liked her strong underjaw and turn up, characteristic of the breed. 2. Laurnatzarben Black Widow. At two not fully matured, she has a pleasing head with correct length of muzzle and good ear set. Although she moved well I feel she still has a lot to come. GB 1. Florindale Ingrid. Beautiful bitch this, very pleasing outline with all the right proportions. Round sparkling eyes and her features fitting into the desired triangle. Full of breed type. 2. Tonsarne Mother Shipton. PGB 1. Linsgift Imperial Diamond. Full sized bitch nicely balanced with a good round ribcage. Pleasing underjaw with decent turn up giving correct expression. 2. Tonsarne Twiggy Peasticks. Sound, quality bitch, with a good coat and typey head. Moved true. MLB 1. Ingerdorm Whoopee At Bolmacs. Almost lost it on the movement but settled down eventually. A quality bitch with everything in the right place. Beautiful round sparkling eyes looking out from a perfectly proportioned head. One of our assets. RCC. 2. Carmichan Somebody To Love JW. Chased 1 for top spot, difficult to choose between these two just preferred 1’s head. A real quality bitch. LB 1. Carmichan Simply Squiffy. Lovely round dark eyes and typical monkey expression, sound happy little bitch, one you could easily take home. 2. Darkle Deckle Edged JW. A full sized girl moved a little sluggishly but I liked her proportions, excellent ribcage and she stood with her hind legs under her giving a pleasing outline. Muzzle slightly long for my taste. OB 1. Ch Roxilyn Just For Jo JW. A very worthy winner. Dark eyes, correct length of muzzle forming a perfect triangle as required. She is a lovely bitch with good conformation and breed type. I could take her home. CC & BOS. 2. Suphelli Pure Energy For Scalene. I wish this bitch would take herself less seriously and sparkle a bit more. She is a very sound bitch and beautifully made but does not stand out in a crowd. VB 1. Furstin Microsoft Miss. Fit as a fiddle this little bitch. Bombed around the ring as if she owned it. Perfectly proportioned and a pleasing head, deserved her first prize. BVIS. 2. Furstin Friendly Face At Scalene. A bitch I have admired in the past and still just as lovely if not as sprightly as she once was. She was with at one with her handler and did not disgrace herself. Nice bitch. LINDA McGILL
